I bought this guitar on Ebay in 2000 and had it brought over to me from the USA. The guitar is about 12 years old, from around 1988-1990. It was stripped down, no paint or pickups. I painted the body and finished the top with the snakeskin print Some modifications were made to the original guitar which included:

• Neck heal was shaped and contoured.

• Neck (joint area) was reshaped to fit the reshaped heal.

• Middle pickup cavity was filled.

• Tone control holes were filled.

• Inlay was enhanced with abalone dots.

The guitar has a Seymour Duncan Distortion pickup in the bridge position and a Kent Armstrong Cool Rails pickup in the neck position, which is a really nice sounding pickup. The whole restoration project took about 4 weeks to complete. This guitar is very easy to play. The neck is an Ibanez Wizard, which is very thin. The sound pretty versatile as I wired the pickup with a lot of switching options. I use this guitar purely as a backup or for clean parts (because of the switching options).
